California Data Exchange Framework 101 – Policy Toolkit

This policy toolkit highlights resources to inform and support stakeholders through the implementation of the California Health and Human Services Data Exchange Framework (DxF). The policy toolkit contains resources that assist in education, policy mandates, funding, and engagement opportunities around the DxF.
The toolkit also contains resources to learn what government agencies are doing to promote or mandate the signing of the DxF’s Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) and explains the positive impacts data sharing can have on health equity.
