Resources: CPUC comments on Middle Mile Data Collection

On September 9, 2021, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) requested comments from stakeholders on the Administrative Law Judge’s Ruling for additional comments on broadband middle mile data collection as part of Rulemaking 20-09-001.

The rulemaking process is a way for stakeholders and the public to engage with the CPUC while they are determining the regulations and locations for the statewide open-access middle-mile infrastructure build (Re: SB 156).
