Opening Keynote: California Attorney General Xavier Becerra

Attorney General Xavier Becerra is leading the legal battle in federal court to protect the Affordable Care Act (ACA).  In the wake of the recent federal district court ruling in Texas v. US, which called the legality of the ACA into question, Attorney General Becerra spearheaded the effort to defend the law, securing a stay, while leading a coalition of 17 States and D.C. in filing a notice of appeal.  Attendees at the ITUP conference heard the latest on the fight to protect California coverage gains!
