The 12th Annual CVHN Leadership Conference provides attendees with the opportunity to hear about innovative models of care from regional, state and national experts while at the same time honing their leadership skills and becoming energized to return home to lead and sustain their health center organizations.

This year’s other speakers and experts include representatives from The Weitzman Institute (CHC Inc.), Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) and the UCSF Center for Excellence in Primary Care. Topics will focus on innovative approaches to telemedicine, collaborative opportunities addressing the social determinants of health, ideas for communicating change during these ongoing times of transformation; and the sharing of best practices to integrate these learnings in the day-to-day workings of their local health center.
